Frequently Asked Questions
Is FuelRelief.pk an official government website?
No. We are an independently run information resource. We are not affiliated with the Government of Pakistan, the Prime Minister’s Office, NADRA, any provincial department, bank, or telecom operator. Please see our Disclaimer for more detail.
Can you register me for the Fuel Relief Scheme, or check my application status?
No — we don’t have access to the government’s registration system and can’t submit, track, or check applications on your behalf. Registration and status checks happen only through the official channels announced by the government. We explain the general process in our coverage, but always confirm exact steps and numbers with an official source before you act.
I received a message asking for my CNIC or bank details in the name of FuelRelief.pk — is that really you?
No. We never ask readers for CNIC numbers, vehicle details, banking information, or OTPs, whether by email, SMS, or through this Site. If you’ve received such a message, please don’t respond to it, and let us know at [email protected] so we can warn other readers if needed.
I found outdated or incorrect information on your Site. How do I report it?
Please email us at [email protected] with a link to the page and a short description of what’s wrong. Given how quickly scheme details can change, we’re glad to have readers flag anything that looks out of date.
Can I republish or quote your content?
Short quotations with clear attribution and a link back to FuelRelief.pk are generally fine. For anything more, please see our Copyright Policy and get in touch first.
Do you offer advertising or partnership opportunities?
If you’d like to discuss a partnership or advertising on FuelRelief.pk, email us at [email protected] with details and we’ll get back to you.
